The purpose of this site is to allow folks who don’t fit in with the normal rescue umbrellas to post dogs they have available for adoption. Many people don’t want to get involved with organized rescue because of all the politics, infighting, anti breeder bias, and red tape. Hopefully this will enable individuals to list stellar rescues that come their way in hopes of finding them homes.

Some of the dogs listed are in the custody of breeders who have long supported giving back to the breed and quietly fostered and placed many dogs over the years and no longer have access to large rescue sites to showcase their foster dogs. These are not owner turn ins or breeder left overs, they are dogs that were pulled from kill shelters across the country and would have died if not for the wonderful folks who gave them a second chance
